Tailgate shell

I have a tailgate shell that has no rust and is dent free. It's just a shell, no internals.

I have a buddy that wants it. What's a fair price to ask for it?

I've sold a complete shell, no rust and all the guts for 450 bucks on ebay. It was a take off when new for a slide in camper. I also bought a new take off, same scenario, with the Lariat trim panel and all the guts for 300. I would guess yours would be worth 200 with no internals.
