Cruise Control

My bronco has the factory cruise control. It was working correctly. I swapped the engine last year and just recently got it put back in and now it won’t work at all. I’ve checked the leakage on the chain and it seems to be correct. Is there any way of testing or trouble shooting the controller. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You wll probably fnd that there is a vacuum leak. The hose runs from the cruse servo back towards the firewall to a "Y" Pull the hose off at various places andsuck on it. While maintaining the vacuum stick your tongue into end of the hose. It should keep vacuum. If not that's your leak. Sounds gross, but that's the fast and easy way to do it.
