adding a/c

Hi guys... i tried a search but nothing returned .... has anyone added a/c to their non a/c ride .... i got all the donar parts, just wondering how much of a PIA it is/was and if it was worth it. Biggest issue i see is cutting the firewall for the condensor....

Just got done cutting the hole in the firewall of my crewcab. Pictures are in the build thread. Do you have the donor vehicle to get a template? That will make it very simple.

since where talking about adding ac. anyone know of a good easy add on unit.

Thanks Ranger .... Ya i have the vehicles.... Keep up with progress pics and info .... Why didnt you do the add on before the paint?

It was a few weeks ago when the weather was expected to be in the mid 70's for 2 1/2 days, perfect chance to lay some paint on. Right now we are lucky to see a high of 65.

Fordman there is a place that makes a complete under dash kit, can't think of the name of it though.
