My dragbike...

I got on the subject in Crusher's thread about his 750 Four.... and didn't wanna junk up his thread with my pictures..... so I'm posting them here, and adding a link....

Oh, and for the record.. this 4 image limit in threads... sucks!!

Here's what my 750 Four looked like right after I found it.... I was in the process of cleaning it up when this picture was taking....

and because it didn't have a title, it found it's way to the dragstrip... here it is getting the drag treatment....

and for some damn reason, I cant find any pictures of it after it was painted and lowered, extended..... but it lasted about a year, then was sold when I bought my KZ 900 dragbike....

and this is what My Dragbike looked like when I bought it...

You can tell by my clothing, that the track I raced at was a bit laxed in their rules

looking good johnny. I'm surprised they let you wear that clothin on the track. down here at gainesville raceway you have to have on full leathers if you want to take a bike down the track.

And yeah that 4 image rule blows. should i get my thread moved here into this section? mods?

The track I use to race at didn't care what you wore... hell everytime I went, I'd make my warm up passes with out a helmet.. they are known for their lack of rules/safty....

HAHA thats awesome. I would go take my bike down the track here to see what it will do (probably something like a 12.5). but i dont want to spend the money on full leathers to make a pass

They usually have a break in the times, where if you go slower than the break, you don't have to wear leathers... atleast that's the way it used to be.... I can't say for sure though, hell my dragbike has been sitting for about 12 years now...

Why so long.... That's about the time I got hit by a car and I was hurt and couldn't race.... then when I got where I could do more, I couldn't afford it where I had been off work for 7 months... so then I was working every chance I could trying to get caught up, and didn't have time to race.... that and kids.... house.. ect...

I miss it... really do... thought about getting back into it several times, but always find a reason not too...

Where are your priorities man?.... I mean seriously.. let those kids fend for themselves sell the house and get on the bike..... one day ill be in the same shoes. hopefully not soon

Well the youngest is 10... so maybe in a few years.... but I've got 4 other project out there I need to finish first... then maybe, who knows..
