NP205 Removal

Man what a pita to remove this beast.

I can't get my t-case to separate from the tailshaft housing/adapter. I have tried using a chisel to get between the cases and they just won't separate.

Do I need to remove this with the adapter housing or not?

Nevermind I got it apart at the adapter then got the adapter off after it was out.

When do you find time to sleep! I don't think I've ever pulled a T-case at 1:30 in the morning.

Yeah I realized how late it was, I usually don't give up on anything til I am at a good stopping point. I was trying to unbolt this pig from underneath. Makes it a lot better if you take the floor pan off.

Now its time to do a reseal. Anybody do anything different with the air breather vent on top of the 205?
