A/C install

Hey Ranger what did u use to cut the hole in the firewall when u added a/c to ur crew? and how did you bend over the metal for that "factory" look? I'm gonna start "tinkering on my crew basketcase , and i might as well start with adding the a/c to the cab

I used an air powered saw and a cut off wheel. I cut the opening a little smaller and then put relief cuts in each corner and then hammer and dollied the edges over. It really wasn't that hard but just make sure you have the opening the right size.
