Got a 2bbl 2150 that came off of my 1979 F150 with the 400, I think it needs a kit, so far I replaced the venturi's with a clean set, unstuck the brass float, put on a new top as the butterfly on the old one was rusted, installed a new gasket there. It has an auto kickdown but no spring, I have an extra throttle stop, the old top, the old venturi's, the egr baseplate, and a screw-in filter still available if wanted.

Price is $50 or trade for parts for my 79 f150
