Jeffs Bronco Graveyard

My wife ordered me a chrome grille/brush guard for my birthday for my truck back in early March from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. I have not received it yet. I have noticed that they have changed the item description to say backordered for 6 weeks etc. It wasn't that way when my order was placed. I have called once a month since the order was placed and I am told every time that it will be shipped in a week or that they will call me back. I have never received a call from them.
I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff from these guys in the last 10 years and they don't seem to care. I would buy one from someone else but nobody else sells them.

Has anybody else had problems with them lately?

Just checked with them today and nothing new, still waiting on an eta from the manufacturer. Now they don't even list the item anymore.

LMC Truck sells them. I have had pretty good luck with them.

Sorry to hear you are have such bad luck with BGY. I just got some parts from them yesterday that were perfect.

I'm hearing more and more issues with parts showing that they're available and after the item is ordered it shows as a backorder...even heard of guys saying that they call in advance and they're told it'll be on time and then it's not. Personally, I've never had an issue with them, but as far as I'm concerned, alot of ill will towards them could be cleared up if they were just open and honest and said it'll be 2 months or we'll give you your money back.

Yep, I'd be demanding my money back. That is/was my biggest complaint with them is parts that are backordered and them never telling you about it just expecting you to wait for buster brown to show up with the parts.

LMC Truck sells them. I have had pretty good luck with them.


Are they the chrome pushbars with two vertical plates and two horizontal tubes with light tabs?

I had an order for shocks and +1-2" front springs. Got the shocks right away,after waiting for more then a month due to back ordered springs, I went to a local 4x4 shop and ordered the same Superlift springs and got them in 4 days for 10 bucks more.

I checked out NPD, they seem to have a lot of stuff but didnt have the brush guard I am looking for.
