I am going to charge my a/c on my Bronco. I hooked it up and pulled a 28 vacuum and it held for over an hour.
Problem is, the sticker for how much freon charge is required is missing or I cant find it.
Either way, I need to know what a normal charge amount is on a 1978 Bronco. I am only needing a ballpark idea.
I am going to covert it to Freeze 12. I have used it several times and had good results with it, plus I dont need to break down the whole system to clean it so I can change it over for 134. IMO, the Freeze 12 works better in the old style systems with the piston style compressor plus it is compatable with any old R12 system and can be mixed without any problems.
Can someone tell me what the factory charge sticker is so I get a close idea how much to have before I start punctuing cans?
Thanks
