I was just seafoaming the Bronco and was wondering how long everybody lets their engine sit before starting it up.

At the minimum let it set for 1/2 an hour. You can even let it sit overnight. Just be sure to take a video clip when you start it up.

seafoam is a brand name,they make feul,gas,oil and other treatment

depends on which product you use, the one we use at the shop, all you do to clean the intake and intake valves is take vacuum hose loose and incert in to can and run engine up to @2500rpm, in a well ventilated area as if the system is dirty it will make a cloud thats really thick. then we add one to the fuel tank
run engine till talk pipe is running clear again and perform test drive
the we use is Safoam pt #SF-16
we have been doing this service for customer for along time and never had any concerns
