Don't have gears, but I've got a case if you need it.

That's one hell of a break.

I got the case from the old truck I parted out, limited slip carrier but I think it was 3.50 ratio. I might put it in to get me by as I don't use the 4wd at all, well other than to get the Bronco home yesterday.

And yes it was quite loud. When the 35's hooked the trucked bounce 2 times and it blew apart.

LOL at you Jeff. To hard on the skinny pedal really put me in a spot....

I pulled that carrier I have apart and it is 3.55's. Think I'll just order a set of 4.10's for it and do it once.

I think I would look for a nodular iron 3rd member, I've heard they are pretty damn strong but I haven't abused mine yet so I don't know besides a few posi-trac burnouts its just to easy to keep from getting loose in gravel and thats all it seems to want to do when I do drive it on my street.

If you dont want to buy some 4:10's right now, i have an entire set of 3:55s (front and rear), including a trac lock front locker (brand new, never used, i bolted the gears to it, then realized that it didnt come with the clutch pack). Id sell pretty cheap.

I just got done putting it back together with the 3.55 L/S carrier. I actually think for my situation, the Bronco being a mall crawler that they may work out better than the 4.10. It seems to still have a little pep and it doesn't rev so high at 55 with the 35's. I'm going to run it a bit before I decide wether or not to order a set of 4.10's for the back or look for a set of 3.55's for the front. Not like I put it in 4wd often enough to worry about the front ratio....

I know I've got a set of 3.50s for the front.
