Picked this up online from a Buick dealer in Boyertown, PA. One owner, 75K documented miles, clean as a pin but needed rear end work so they were wholesaling it. Took a gamble, it was a good buy because it had what they described as a "bad roar" from the rear end, was only pinion bearings. An older guy had it, there were lights mounted all the way across the bottom of the back bumper. the lights on the front have now been removed but I kept the visor. It's got the 5.8, quad shocks, heavy cooling, 3.55 limited slip (ring and pinion were perfect), working ac, inside spare, and everything else but leather. Replaced the shocks and mounted a new set of Falken Wildpeaks. I really like these tires! Only rust is the tubular supports for the steps, I've got a new set just haven't put them on yet. Took a clay bar to it, buffed it with a good pad, and gave it a coat of Mequire's NXT. I'm happy!

I haven't cleaned the interior yet, you can see grease on the door panel from me working on it, going to tackle that this weekend.

Yes it's missing wiper arms, took them off and painted.

That looks to be in great shape. You must of got a great deal on it to have it shipped to you.

I did...I lit a match to $800 to ship it. Even after that I'm very pleased with the deal.

Plans are to tint the door windows, at some point upgrade the stereo a little, and upgrade the exhaust. I don't mind leaving this one out in the driveway since it's a little newer and has good weatherstripping and clear coat; I just couldn't see leaving my 79 out like that, it needed to be sealed up to keep the inside sheet metal dry and I wasn't ready to tackle it. If I keep it longer than two years it will be my oldest daughter's first car, she's already asking for it. Got to start'em young!

Nice ride! But if you end up having to part it out, I call dibs on the seats and console. :)

Fork over 8400 for the whole thing, keep the console and seats and then junk the rest! I'll even throw in all the tacky lights I took off! I'll make enough off the sale to buy the blue and white 79 Ranger XLT I found this weekend. It's loaded, 59K miles, mint. No, I will NOT tell anyone where it is!

Don't worry Cliff, I already bought a liner. It fits pretty good, but I had to trim the front lip to go under the rear seat belt retractors on the 79. The 79 also is a couple inches wider at the rear cargo panels, but close enough for me.
