Good luck w/ the super cab Tony, what are you going to redo in the interior? I have some s/c interior parts, I think blue and possibly green. I presently have a '79 that I upgraded to 3/4 ton and it is probably going to get a d60 for the front in the near future.

I've always loooooved SC's...turning it into a 350 is even better. You have any plans for that 351? You got a line on a good HPD60? If not, I know where a handful are for about $1200.

Yes, James.. I had reached out to you on another forum about your request for green visors, pm me w/ email address, I don't know if the visors I have are the green you are looking for, and I think I have some green back panels, I need to wait for a nice day to pull the old convertible out of the garage so I can check in the garage attic to see what extra stuff I have. I had been collecting everything for the s/c but I overdid myself and need to reduce the surplus!!

Solid looking cab. Any plans to convert it to a 4wd?

Never really thought about it.But trying to find a 4X4 parts truck would be hard around me.

Looks like a pretty solid specimen from here:)

all the trim looks intact yet too. good place to start.

we had a 1977 F250 camper special that had an Isuzu 6cylinder diesel installed in 1981. we got it off the original owner. was still a solid truck but we USED it on the farm and the body litterally fell apart before our eyes.

I tried to find a replacement body/chassis from the south for almost a year but we gave up.

My favorite is the 77, last year of the split style grille but first year for the plastic inner fender liners. (cabmount/inner fender savers here)

Good luck on your adventure:cool:
