Whats the difference as far as driving goes? Ive noticed that the bias mud tires have a lot deeper lugs than a radial. Do the bias wonder on the road bad or is it just that terrible to run them on vehicles set up for radials or what? Can someone please teach me about this. Ive rode in a truck with bias, and it seemed fine, never drove it though. I know about bias having flat spots if sitting to long, but they drive out and are fine.

Oh, and if this is in the wrong section, please move me.

If you are referring to 'big' tires (Swampers for example), then I have had far better luck with radials than bias-ply tires. Better wear behavior and much better road manners all around. On the down side for radials, the bias tires usually have heavier/thicker sidewalls

Agree with the above. If your using them for a DD get the radials, it will be a much smoother ride.

It wont be a DD, but itll be driven on the street, and the only off road will be mud. So radials it is. Thanks for that quick decision, lol.
